2.4 Deadline for Withdrawal

3. Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

- Opened products are accepted if less than 50% of the product has been used

5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are exercising your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed to bear this cost or failed to inform you that you must bear the cost.
5.2 Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning the product, and we will arrange for a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the product.
5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee Returns
For returns under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee (beyond the statutory 14-day period), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Refunds

For returns within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery charges. For returns under our extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the purchase price but may deduct the original shipping costs if the product is not defective.
6.4 Deductions for Diminished Value
If you have handled the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the product. This does not apply if the product is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to product availability. You must return the original product following the return process outlined above, and we will ship the replacement product once we receive and inspect the returned item.
